Ionaldo Rodrigues born in 1985 and lives in Belém (PA). Graduated in Social Sciences at UFPA (2008). He acts in research and learning projects of photography at Fotoativa Association and Curro Velho Foundation. In 2007 he received the Research in Arts scholarship, and it was when he developed the botanical essay of asphalt after historical photographic processes. He received an award in 2009 from the 2nd SESC University Exhibit of Contemporary Art and in 2010 received an award at the 3rd Life’s Exhibit. He took part in the projects “Quase todos os Dias… Belém” (Almost every day… Belém), by Alberto Bitar, and “Um Lugar Qualquer” (Anywhere) – video experiments with handmade cameras, by Dirceu Maués. He took part in several collective exhibits, such as: Lightness (2010), organized by Newport University; Indicial – Pará Contemporary Photography (2011), realized by SESC Boulevard Cultural Center; Urban Chronicles (2001), by the II Diário Contemporary Prize of Photography, UFPA Museum; and Collective/Individual (2012) by CCBEU Gallery.
